As I said before, there is no collision for ANY map mods, so this applies to every OpenIV map mod. The maps worked on older GTA 5 patches. It's just the Contract DLC update that the collisions stopped working. There are static collision files in the .rpf file. The game is just not loading the collisions.
Took me a few tries to get it to work. They should moved into a scripts folder in the Gta v folder. Did you try dragging the map editor files out and putting it back in? That seemed to work me for me when I first installed it. If anything, check ur logs. It 'll tell you if your native ui or .dll loaded successfully or not.
